Blue Phoenix Marine is a 100% Nigerian owned company with Head Quarters in the United Kingdom. The company was established to be an international player with regional strength as a provider of shipping, offshore marine logistics support, underwater IRM (Inspection, Repair and Maintenance) of ships and rigs and offshore platforms in West Africa.

With extensive experience in West Africa, the founders have a sound understanding of the local landscape and have created strong local infrastructure where traditionally such foundations do not exist.

Blue Phoenix Deepwater Nigeria is the local subsidiary and the West African operations arm of the group. We have our headquarters in the UK, marine operations base in Apapa Lagos and Administrative office in Abuja, Nigeria.

Our regional offices in West Africa provide us with the valuable local knowledge and operational support we need to operate with maximum efficiency at an international level. This has proved especially important when conducting business with foreign businesses and international companies operating in the region.

DRIVEN - DETERMINED - DEDICATED

Blue Phoenix in conjunction with technical partners, - UMC International (V Ships Group) and Subtech Group have established a Rapid Response Diving and Inspection facility covering Lagos, Lome, Ghana and other locations in West Africa.

We provide an autonomous, rapid response offshore dive work boat equipped to engage all our services up to 30m water depth; in response all our client needs in the shallow zones including O&G and commercial fleet, ports, distressed vessels, rigs, semi subs and offshore terminals.

We have the ability to respond to underwater IRM (Inspection, Repair & Maintenance) operations within the port limits in the following locations:

  1. Lagos
  2. Cotonou
  3. Lome
We maintain and comply with IMCA and UK diving regulations at work guidelines for all our diving operations. Our economical dive support vessel has an IMCA DO 40 Diving system complete with and all associated tooling and 2 hydraulic Hull cleaning systems on board. It will also be maintained in accordance with IMCA DO 18 guidance at all times.
