UNDERWATER SHIP IRM SERVICES AND SUPPORT

Blue Phoenix holds a leading position in regional ship IRM (Inspection, repair and Maintenance) services. Powered by a global ship IRM giant – V. Ship Group’s UMC International, we can carry out everything from underwater class inspection, ship hull cleaning, ship propeller polishing and a wide range of underwater repair of diverse marine assets.

We have made huge investments in best in class equipment and operate a world class marine operations base in West Africa. We own our own Dive Support Vessel – Phoenix 1, compact new-generation ship hull & propeller cleaning machines; IMCA approved surface demand air diving equipment and Remotely Operated Vehicles (ROV), purposefully set up to perform ship, rig or platform IRM work offshore or at quayside. Our vessel carries experienced foreign and local crew who are familiar with hull cleaning to international standards and are also able to carry out prompt underwater inspection, testing, repair and engineering operations. The field operations team are support by the office based operations team at our United Kingdom Head Office.

Safety is paramount to us, during all our operations we have helicopter medivac,
DDC (Dive Decompression Chamber) and medics on stand-by.

Our services are aimed to reduce the need for asset down time (dry docking, off-hire, decommissioning) resulting in saving of time and cost for our clients. We support the offshore maintenance of marine assets belonging to our clients by operating safely, reliably and cost efficiently.
