TUNJI FADAHUNSI

Tunji is a seasoned banker with over 15 years’ experience in Corporate Finance, Corporate and Commercial Banking. He has a keen eye for building suitable bespoke financial solutions for clients.

Tunji is a founding Director of Blue Phoenix Marine and holds a BSc. Degree in Biochemistry and an MBA in International Business from Birmingham City University. He began his professional career in the Marketing and Business Development Departments at Bank Belgolaise in 2002 and worked with the Bank for 4+ years before leaving for Business School in pursuit of an MBA.

He joined FBN UK in 2008 and worked as a Business Development Manager, with a mandate to grow the Financial Institution business. This he did successfully until 2011 when he was promoted to Director to head and run the newly formed Corporate Banking SBU which he helped build. He grew the Corporate Banking balance sheet to $540m + in 5 years, leaving behind a clean book and healthy pipeline of business in late 2016 to join as partner at Blue Phoenix.
